Thai style steamed squid (sotong) is another significant of Thai dishes. Soul Thai's sotong come soaking in a soupy tangy gravy and buried under a blanket of sliced lime, shredded cabbage, chili and parsley.

In the mouth, the fresh Sotong flesh felt bouncy soft yet slightly chewy. The eggs felt milky and a little like jelly. The flavors were savory complemented with tangerines, spiciness and sweetness from the gravy. I always liked steamed Sotong and Soul Thai's version was very good.

Soul Thai's Green Curry Chicken in Coconut Milk. This was a bit too sweet and too mild for me. If you like thick, creamy, sweet and very mild spiciness in your green curry, then this is for you.

Lei cha (meaning milled tea in Hakka dialect) is made by grinding a blend of green tea, herbs, seeds and vegetables to create a greenish, grainy, minty gruel or tea.

This thick greenish tea is poured over a bowl of steamed white or brown rice garnished with fried ground nuts, chopped long beans, vegetables, fried shallots and fried tofu.

All the ingredients used in the tea and the rice were fresh and cooked just right to retain their freshness and nutritional goodness. Lei cha may not look very photogenic but it is loaded with vitamins and fibre.

Taste of Tai Hong's yong tou foo is fresh, tender and mildly sweet and salty.

I can't find a proper word to describe the taste that they gave to me. IT'S REALLY FXXKing Awesome that I ever had.

I am strongly recommended to share with you guys of this god damn good dessert. Since the price is affordable , it totally attracted branch of people to a great way by relieving their "fever" during the hot weather.

I can't wait to enjoy the "BINGSU" again and again.
